At Fartilo, we are committed to building long-term partnerships with our shops. We stand behind the quality of our wiper blades, but we understand that sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. Here is our straightforward B2B return policy.
1. 30-Day Return Window
If you ordered the wrong size or the product doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, all returned items must meet the following strict criteria:
- Items must be brand new, uninstalled, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging (suitable for resale).
- Please do not attach shipping labels directly to the product packaging. Use a proper outer shipping box.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If we made an error and sent you the wrong items, or if the products have manufacturing defects, we've got you covered. Please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and Fartilo will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
4. Standard Returns (Buyer's Remorse)
If you are returning items due to ordering the wrong sizes or changing your mind (non-quality reasons):
- You (the buyer) are responsible for the return shipping costs back to our Phoenix warehouse.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund for the products.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please note: Fartilo reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% on non-defective bulk returns to cover warehouse handling and inspection costs.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email our support team with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our warehouse shipping address.
