At Fartilo, we know that reliable supply is crucial to your shop's operations. We are committed to getting your wholesale wiper blade orders to your bays quickly and efficiently.
1. Order Processing Time
Your time is money. Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed and dispatched from our Phoenix, Arizona distribution center within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
We currently focus on serving independent auto service providers within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
Standard Ground Shipping: We utilize reliable ground networks (such as UPS or FedEx Ground). Expected transit times range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on your distance from our Phoenix fulfillment hub.
Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: At this time, standard online checkout is not available for these regions due to variable freight costs. Please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.
No P.O. Boxes: Because our wholesale orders ship in master cartons, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical commercial or residential address at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
As your growth partner, we keep shipping straightforward:
Qualifying Wholesale Orders: Standard master cases (50 pairs) and "Starter Kits" typically qualify for Free Ground Shipping.
Other Orders: For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, transparent flat-rate or carrier-calculated shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your inventory leaves our dock, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can anticipate exactly when your stock will arrive.
5. Damaged or Missing Shipments
We stand behind our packaging, but in the rare event that a master carton is damaged in transit, please:
- Retain all original packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will immediately work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your shop's inventory needs are met without delay.
